Does e-Packet delivery option available in North Africa ( Algeria)

Actually, I am seller online and I would promote some items from China,

The big issue is the delivery time, I checked the countries available but I could not find Algeria mentioned on that list .

Could send me more information include the time and the fee as well,

I see the e-packet delivery is only avaliable in Saudi Arabia. You can check on http://www.chinapostaltracking.com/ems/ebay-epacket-eub/ to learn the details.
