Dear Sir, /Madam
I want to know where is my items that are order from Amazon since last month 26 September. I saw in my email that they use USPS to ship but I don't see it. Please help me to know and means of getting it.

Do you know the tracking number? If you don't know, contact the seller to ask what's the tracking number for your package.

Hi Isabellah,
The seller sent it out on Sep. 28. It left China on Sep 29 and in transit to US Kennedy Airport now. When it's in US, it will be handed over to USPS to process and deliver it to you. You can follow your package status from USPS website or call them to track your package. I'll also help you to track often. Once it reaches US, I'll inform you here.
