My parcel has gone missing from system. It has not arrived

The last recorded tracking information states:

'2018-04-14 21:25:42
has left, to Next processing center, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province'.

Then no more. It was due on 8th May but hasn't arrived. I just cannot get any more information including from the seller.

Hi Joamne,

No more information doesn't mean it's lost on the way. The reason is because the seller use the cheapest way to deliver it without tracking service to it. So, you can only wait. This kind of package is easy to be lost. You'd better open a dispute to get refund if you couldn't get it in time.
