package from USA USPS to Tianjin China

tracking number or reference : LC812231799US
i sent this package from California USPS to Tianjin dated November 28, 2016.
This was supposed to be 6-10 days but its been 18 days and recipient has not received it.
It has both english and chinese address written with the recipient's mobile number.

Please help. please anyone?
