Parcel from Belgium in Shanghai since 13th November but no delivery yet

My sister sent me from Belgium a small parcel with tracking number RA809449513BE.
Sent on 31st October from Brussels, Belgium
This is the tracking result :

Hi,
My parcel EF730153993IE has been stuck as "Your delivery is being assessed by customs in CHINA" since last monday, march 22nd.
How long will it be in customs before finishing it's journey?
It is a return of an item so I will not get my money back until it's delivered.

China Post tried to deliver it to you four times but couldn't get connected to you successfully. It seems it's on the way back to Belgium now. You'd better call China Post service number 11183 (then 8 for English service) to ask for re-delivery and make sure the address and your phone number are correct.
