I order a product on aliexpress at 31/8/2017 and shenzen process center accept my parcel at 1/9/2017 for India but my parcel not reach in India and your tracking system show present status of my parcel is shenzen process center my parcel tracking no 06474716902 pls check and inform me where is my parcel

This kind of 11 digit number is china post ordinary parcel. It is a slow and cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. So you can not see new status and know where it is after it shows it's at Shenzhen process center. China post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country. If you couldn't get it within 3 months, it may be lost on the way. As your parcel was sent on August 29, 2017 and you still not get it, it must be lost.

You'd better try to open a dispute on AliExpress to get your money back or ask the seller to deliver again.
