Hi hazel,

"Zhengzhou Processing Center" has been the export of mutual seal (domestic), CN

It means it's in Zhengzhou Processing Center and will transferred to the other city for exportation. It seems that it was stopped there since Nov. 27. You'd better contact the sender to let him know and let him contact China Post to ask what happened to it.
