Post cards sent from LHASA to the NEtherlands

My son BAS was in LHASA in September and sent 2 post cards to us. Unfortunately they never arrived. Our address is Lochemseweg 83, 7215 RA JOPPE (Netherlands). What could be the reasons that they did not reach us. I liked to see these cards with the POTALA Palace. Best Regards, Ineke.
