Do you have a Chinese friend there to help you post? There are many ways to post. You can call China Post service number 11185 to ask for a pick up at your place or use other express agencies to deliver such as Yuantong Express (service number
95554), Zhongtong Express (95311). They could only speak Chinese, so let a Chinese friend to help you call and ask for the price in advance. You can compare their price and then choose.

I sent a package on December 9th 2020 to my son in Ningbo. According to tracking information it has been in Ningbo customs since 22nd December 2020. Can you please advise if there's a problem with the parcel. To date my son has not been phoned to arrange pickup or delivery.
