According to the tracking information, your package is not normal. It's ready to export from Beijing on Nov. 30 but back to Zhengzhou where the package was sent on Dec. 4. Then, it stopped there. You'd better contact the sender and let him contact China Post to ask what happened to it. If you couldn't get connected with the sender successfully, open a dispute to get the refund if you couldn't receive it by the end of this month.
