Where is my package?

I would like to know when my package will arrive? It is stuck in beijing since 10 days. Can you tell me why?

Hello, I have several items of post in different places. One is being held at a post office: RQ013954669CY. Not sure why they can't deliver it to my residential address. Another is showing that it departed France on April 9 but there is no more tracking information: LD040105450FR. A final one has been stuck in customs for a week or so: EJ 566 904 518 JP.
