Daisy, I was promised the package in 3 weeks. My supplier is not answering my emails I can only assume that he has confidence in the China Post System. What kind of solution do you think they could provide? I realize your system must be jammed, but I would appreciate it if you could try and expedite the parcel.

I suggest you wait for another 20 days to see if there is any update. The seller should refund you if you couldn't receive it in three months.

LX131553727CN Daisy, can you please explain why my parcel has been "stuck" for 2 months in Fuzhon, is it lost or stolen? Is it still in the traffic stream to be sent Internationally?
Is there anyway the parcel can be prioritized?

It may be delayed due to many packages stuck in Fuzhou need to be processed. There is few chance for it to be lost. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

My supplier is no help as they do not respond to my emails,l so please don't suggest I contact them. Please just send the parcel. Whats your guess for arrival in Vancouver?

There is still no update for it. I suggest you wait for another 20-30 days to see if there is any update. If no, you need to contact the seller to get a solution in time.

You want me to wait for over 90 days for more info...Daisy something is really terribly wrong. Please answer my questions. Where is the package right now????

Please can you advise when my parcel is, will it eventually be shipped and will you tracking advise when it has departed China? You want me to wait another 30 days for more info which would make delivery time almost 100 days!!!!! Really? Please answer my ?s

I just need assurance from you the parcel will arrive before September. Can you do that? Also will I be able to track the progress once it starts moving.

Sorry, I couldn't give you assurance that it will arrive before September. We are only a tracking platform and couldn't deal with packages. You will get update when it moves or arrives in Canada.

Hi, can anyone help me? I am waiting for my package (LL774738353CN) from China and it says that it is in Fuzhou EMS (China, Fujian Fuzhou Changle International Apt Mail Processing Centre: Fuzhou Ems (IMPC code: CNFOCD)). I urgently need the package and it would be great if someone can help me locate this package and advise what to do.
