Hello there, Abdul Gulzar here. I am a Seller on Amazon.com and I used your carrier services to ship items internationally to Amazon customers in the US during the year 2018-19. My seller account was suspended in 2019 and now Amazon is asking for valid tracking ids for the orders which were shipped using your carrier services. Unfortunately, I have no tracking ID for a single order which was shipped from China Post to the US addresses. I only have those order ids with me. Will it be possible for you to provide me with those tracking IDs in order to reinstate my Seller Account which will help both of our businesses as I am planning to ship my items using your carrier services to the US customers. Will be looking forward to your response in this regard. Your help will be highly appreciated!
Why is it that I order thru Amazon, on April 22nd, money taken out of my account on April 23rd, and now on June 5th, still no package? Amazon states today by 8pm, its 756pm n NOTHING!
