Package not delivered

I've waited 33 days for my package and your tracking number says my package is delivered. Nothing has been delivered, where is my package please? Can I be refunded please?

Hi Jason Bardell,

If it shows delivered but you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to China Post to investigate where it was delivered and who signed for it. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Yes I've checked my package all the way to the day it got here and it set out for delivery on Easter day which I knew it wasn't out for delivery that day but then the following day it said had to been delivered to Englewood My question is was this package delivered to a another carrier like USPS or UPS when it states that it was delivered to Englewood or was it delivered to my shipping address or claim to be delivered on the day that it said delivered because I never received a package and I'm trying to track it down and I assuming that it never even was sent or processed and I was scammed can someone please get back with me 720-210-2336
