If you placed an order from an online shop in China, you usually can find the tracking number from the order or package info pages in your account. If you couldn’t find it, you can contact the seller to ask for the number. If you send the package from China yourself, the staff of China Post will provide you with the tracking number at the time of you send it.

My item has been stuck for 3 days now say out for delivery in Australian Capital Territory Lowood.. Lowood is in qld which is where it needs to come too. Tracking number is AM346763458CN. Local delivery partners have no idea where it is as I only have the china post tracking number. For the shipping status is says pick up? From where when I don’t know where is actually is…
Ordered a package on april 18th to be shipped to US, was sent tracking info in a timely manner, it says its been received at my local post office as of yesterday evening. I called the post office branch to see when it'd be delivered because it's not showing up on my dashboard for usps registered mail but another package I'm expecting is. How do we find my package as they say it's not there & they cant even find it with the China Post tracking information I was sent???? Tracking # is AS014830877CN.. Thanks!
