The supplier claims the package was correctly sent, and even the tracking says it was delivered perfectly 28august, i didnt receive it though. I contacted PostNL and only thing she could tell was it didnt had my name/address/city on it, but another person living in a place called Uden in NL. Can you please help me out with this so i have proof so i can get my money back. Trackingnr: LT253507611NL

If the number is right, he may filled the address by mistake. If all are right, you need to contact DHL Packet to reflect the problem and check it for you as soon as possible. The seller should give you a solution at last if you couldn't get it.

I’ve been waiting for my package (LZ319933400CN) for over 1 month and still haven’t received anything. Tracking information states that it was “in transit” on Sept. 17th, but there have been no updates since then. I order quite often from China and all vendors use China Post, but I’ve never had to wait this long to receive my packages- please let me know what is going on and when I can expect to receive it.

Hi - My parcel AS445776563CN says arrived in UK and completed, however it hasnt been delivered by Royal Mail and I have no tracking info for that. So I think its stuck at the Transhipment Centre somewhere. Please can someone help, this is an expensive item!

It was delivered by airline on October 8 and usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in UK after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

My parcel track no is VR354160613YP. I made an order about half a month now and my parcel is not delivered yet. I did use this track number to locate my parcel several times but the status has always been in transit. Then I realised that only postal code and block no as well as my contact number was shown in the voice. The unit no was missed out for some reasons. Is it possible for me to still get my parcel and is that the reason why there’s a delay?
