It's sent by Royal Mail. You need to contact them to check it for you.

No, Royal Mail is only available in UK.

Do you make the order in China? If so, it's not sent by Royal Mail. Our system shows it's sent by Royal Mail. You need to ask for the seller which courier does he use to sent it.

Hi I ordered an item which was shipped on 25th March and given tracking number LZ758839089CN but there is no tracking information still from any tracking source site. Can you tell me why please? Is it a genuine tracking number? Thanks
