How to pick up my package from Netherlands

Hi,
I have received a package with tracking number CC093744131NL from Netherlands and the package is already in Dalian since October, 5. According to the tracking website my package is In-Transit in Dalian, Waiting for Customs Declaration Materials from Addressee.
What is the next step to receive my package to my home address in Dalian. Please help me out with this process.

It's waiting you to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact China Post to ask how to declare in time. Or, it may be stuck or returned back later.
