I'm from Austria and I'm searching for a package from China. It should have arrived at the end of June but it never found the way to my postadress. I think it's at the customer service in the Netherlands. Would you be so kind to help me?

It's sent by 4PX express and it needs to be transited from Singapore first. There is no sign showing it arrives in Singapore. It's not normal. You need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
