Package has been stuck at Shanghai Sorting Center for 9 days

Hey there, I'm not sure exactly where my packages are anymore. I have two of them that are stuck at the same location and it originally said returned which I'm not sure what that means.

Hi superjuice360,

They are still stuck in Jinhua city, China now. If they are stuck there for a long time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution in time.

Package still stuck in Shanghai sorting center. HELP!!!! (4 replies)

Hello,
It's been almost a month now and it seems my parcel has not moved after arriving at the Shanghai sorting facility. When can i expect the package and has it been lost? How has the coronavirus affected this issue? It's fairly urgent and the sender did say it was posted with express.
