It arrived in Langley on Jan. 22uy. I suggest you wait for another ten days to see if you could receive it. If not, contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution.

It may be delivered to some other place. In normal, it should be delivered by USPS but it wasn't. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.

I have contacted by my local post office and was told the postal service do not Carrie or shipping on any items that large nor have they received any items from China for me. I ordered a mini-excavator you told me my mini-excavator was received by me on the 10th of this month of August. Where is my mini-excavator and who is the delivery company delivering my mini-excavator, it's not (USPS) United States Postal Service. WHO IS or WAS THE COMPANY TO DELIVER MY mini excavator? Sorry, we don't know the seller's information. It's sent by using China Post Ordinary Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it after it arrives in UK. So, you can't get more update after Ocober 16. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
