Hello my parcel has been stuck in the same status - Cleared and awaiting international departure GUANGZHOU (CN), CHINA since the 27/08/2021. Could you please let me know if the parcel is lost or if there is a delay. Normally it only takes 4-7 days to receive a delivery from China so I’m a bit concerned.

It's still stuck in Guangzhou, China now. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If it's stuck there in this month, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
