Please explain what is happening. It has not left Beijing since 12 April. Tracking no RY984431483CN. Kindly advise. Thank you

Your parcel left China on April 13 and on the way to India now. For a parcel, after exporting, the shipping status will not be updated until the parcel arrives in the destination country. There will be further update when it's in India. Wait patiently.
