Where are my parcels?

Hello, so I have two parcels coming from the UK that were posted on the 31st October along with two others. I have the other two but these are the ones missing. Is there any way to find out where they are?

Tracking information available for RU877915316GB:
2018-10-31 08:43:00 ---Arrival at inward office of exchange, BEIJING

There is no tracking information for RU877915293GB.

You'd better contact China Post by calling their service number 11183 to ask where they are now and how to get them.

Yes, you need to ask a Chinese friend for help to call China Post. They couldn't understand English. You can try to press 8 after dialing 11183 to get English service, but most of the time, it's hard to get connected.

Hello.
What is currently going on with your post? I have several parcels stuck at Shenzen / Guangzhou. My registered parcels have been stuck for 2 months. I also have some Ordinary mail parcels that have also not arrived, but their last tracking shows going through Shenzen.
Other parcels that went through different region, have already arrived, despite ordering much later.
Talking to others, they also have same issue with parcels who went to Guangzhou and not arriving.
