Dear Sir,
Based on one of your previous reply you said it generally takes about a month to reach SULTANATE OF OMAN
It has been 39 days only in transit and the item was purchased a week before 5th march
As the last tracking says the material left china on 5th march

This information doesn't mean it left China. After it there should be a information '[Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou] has been exported' which means it left China. But China Post will not show this for this kind of packet because the sender doesn't pay for the registration fee.
It couldn't be reached to your country within a month. Two or three months are needed in most cases.
