Arrived then returned package

I need help with my package statues RW159225324CN it says here that its [returned, United arab Emirates] i dunno what is that means? However it says in tge platform i orederd from arriving 21 jan? I dont understand its been one month already i wanna understand please how come if it arrived in my country no one contacted me as well?

It's ready for exportation to China. You'd better contact Emirates Post to check if it has left your country.
