Cannot find pick up location

Hello my tracking status says my parcel failed for delivery and requires pick up but provides no details on where to pick it up.
Number is AS836525347CN. Please help I have tried contacting Canada post and they don't have it.

Hi, my order with tracking number AG571576506CN has arrived at Melbourne, Australia but I dont know where can I pick up. Can you please check the address that I have to pick it up please? I’ve called many couriers but none of them know where.

I have several packages shipped by China Post. Smaller items have been delivered to my address.
Larger items can not be delivered for some ungiven reason
