I want to send a parcel [ Around 5KG contain of personal belongings] from Shenzhen (Nanshan) to India (Raiganj; PIN- 733130) by Surface. I want inquiries about if the service is open at the moment and the cost involved and delivery time. Also as I am in Shenzhen, Nanshan District, and which China Post branch provides the international delivery Service?

There are many post braches providing the international delivery services. You are easy to find one in the city center.

It's about 180rmb for 5kg by Surface. It takes about a month to be delivered. Just for your reference. You'd better go to your nearest post office to ask.
