ePacket is it still service between China to Australia at the moment? (1 reply)

I did order from China and prefer to get shipping via ePacket but supplier use another shipping service to ship.
I did ask them they said ePacket not service to Australia at the moment but I couldn't find any announcement said like that.
So can you please give me accurate information about that?
