It's normal. The package has left China on Otober 9 and it's on the way to your country now. It usualy takes 15-45 days for you to get it.

I am returning 2 wigs to this address as well today and praying t is a real address. They only responded to me through PayPal after 10 attempts through their business email. First offering a partial refund and now finally allowing me to return and hopefully will get my refund! The product was not what was featured on their website!

I am returning 2 wigs at this adress today. The product is cheaper then what it was supposed to be. Verry disapointed. Needed to ask by PayPal to get my money back. Be careful.

I order a item from this place and got something completely different. Has anyone who's returned their items got a refund back. I was told if I paid for shipping that they would refund me back. I just believe a word they are saying now.

Hi all, I am writing this as someone who sent a wig back to this address.

This is a scam. The address is NOT a legitimate address.

I ordered this wig and it arrived very different from what was advertised. I am a veteran PayPal online buyer, so I knew I would get my refund. Similarly to many of you who commented above, they did not respond to my requests of refund at first, then offered partial refund. I wanted full refund. Do not accept partial refund. These wigs are trash and they make their money with these scam sales, even with partial refunds. I lodged a complaint with PayPal and accepted nothing but full refund. PayPal of course agreed because the difference between advertisement and what's received is undeniable. Trust you have a case! The seller tried to intimidate me with the fact that shipping from France to China was expensive, but don't worry. Happy refund you the postal fees if you ask them to. You have to ask for it. There is a section on PayPal when it says "request shipping refund". So you have first to ship it back, then send the receipt of shipping to PayPal, and then they refund immediately. But you have to ship it on the cheapest option with tracking. You have to give tracking to PayPal. So they cover up to 20 euros for Europe (I don't know for USA or Australia etc). My shipping was 18 euros!

When tracking shows it arrived in China, the seller still did not refund. They stopped replying. After one month,PayPal refunded me the wig money because it shows that I sent and it arrived in the province.

4 months later, the wig came to me because it was never delivered as the address was invalid.

Invalid address. I sent but package came back to me 4 months later for invalid address. I got refunded wig + shipping after long battle with PayPal

Am also sending some cheap crap back. Received nothing like was shown or described in their impressive looking ads. Ada, I haven't sent back my stuff yet (supposed to be sweaters, but got $2 silk screened t-shirts!) Have no idea of the costs but I'll bet it's going to be more then the costs of what I actually paid $80+ ! Cannot not EVER trust ANY online, possibly fake ad EVER again!
