Just leaving advice for others who are still waiting

I find that to get the correct information about each step in the shipping, it's best to use Google Chinese-to-English translator and translate the Chinese characters listed. The English doesn't always match what the Chinese says or one English phrase is applied to multiple different Chinese phrases. Ex. I was in dismay to see that the latest step for me has my order back at the origin! But the accompanying Chinese phrase says, when translated, "Guangzhou, 【Guangzhou International Center】has been exported directly". It would help if whatever ship it's on could once in a while post "It's still on the boat." or something because the last report was 6 weeks ago.

I place an Order Feb/28/2020 (Alibaba) they give me tracking Number CP392612628CN CP 392612631CN, last time I track this shipment said hander over to airline on April 15, it has been 6 weeks stuck with the same thing, at this point I am looking forward to ask the seller to give me my money back and they can Intersect their product, this is a $430 dlls product.
