dear sirs i am quiet sick just to know the situation of this parcel coming from China to Spain, as latest info this is still at Mail Processing Centre: Shanghai Ems (IMPC code: CNSHAD) but i have no way to contact them and see what happen, please could you help me on that and see if there is an error or any problem on sending this parcel? it seams it has been stuck there

why has my parcel taken 17 days to travel only 240 km?? It is still in in Zhengzhou after being delivered by airline transport. Tracking no LX184723989CN

Hi marisol gutierrez,
It was delivered by airline on May 28 and takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Spain after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
