my tracking number is RE847932681GR and my parcel is stuck there for a long time.
When is it scheduled to arrive at the destination?
Is there anything I can do to move the shipping forward?

Hi Sakis Tsoukalidis,

According to the latest tracking information, it left China on Jan. 22 and is on the way back to Greece now.

The seller has shipped my parcel (CP408554960CN) in June. It’s a surface parcel, and the status has been stuck at “sent to airline” for a month. The destination of this parcel is Norway.

Can I check when can I expect to receive it?
