My parcel isnt moving. Help

Hello
Can you please tell me where my parcel is and when do i expect to receive it? It seems like it has not even dispatched from where it comes from.... What's going on? LV214022885CN

Before last month somehow it return then resent and then its not even moving. Sounds like a messy situation.
