Package stuck in transit for over a month

Hello, I need help with two packages that have been stuck in transit without an update for over a month, there are 2 that I’m waiting, RV497066564CN, RV486833747CN. At first I thought it was because of the pandemic and mail was delayed, but it has been over a month and nothing is happening, can you tell me when or if my package will arrive to me at any time because I’m getting tired of waiting and all I get from the seller is that I need to wait, that it’ll be delivered by dec 15 for one and with the other that I need to wait more time but at this point i don’t know if I’ll ever get my package

Hi I’ve been waiting for my parcel from China, it’s been over 3 weeks I’ve been tracking it , but it’s been stuck on airline received it and has been departed from country of origin, can you please help me know if my parcel is in the USA or where? Ly557073295CN ..... thank you

Can you tell me when or if my package be shipped or a updated status? I get from the seller is that I need to wait and it's in your hands. At this point I don’t know if I’ll ever get my package, or even it a package is truly being shipped!
