Parcel never arrived since January!

Hi, I'm contacting because my parcel never arrived, was shipped in January, until March didn't have any tracking information, now shows it left on the 1st of March. We are now on 1st of April... still nothing. Would like to know where the parcel is asap!

Hi Ines Soares,

There is no tracking information for it because the seller just created the order but hasn't shipped it. You need to push the seller to ship the goods immediately.
