Tracking for parcel has not moved since 19th November. Is my parcel lost? Has never taken this long to ship before with no update.

Packages sent to UK by EMS are delayed. It's in the middle location now. You need to wait for more days to get it. If you couldn't receive it in time, you can contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution. `

The seller has shipped my parcel (CP408554960CN) in June. It’s a surface parcel, and the status has been stuck at “sent to airline” for a month. The destination of this parcel is Norway.

Can I check when can I expect to receive it?
