My parcel (RE115757616CN) seems to be stuck at Xiamen Terminal for 10 days already.
Is there a possibility that tracking is broken or my parcel is lost?

The parcel is stuck in Xiamen customs. I was advised by you that the receiver should have got a notice from the Xiamen custom to declare the parcel. However, the receiver did not receive any notice/message. Please advise again on what the receiver needs to do.

I returned a paddling drysuit to the manufacturer, Pro-Waterproof Factory Store, Xiamen, via Canada Post International Xpresspost Oct 5/20. Canada Post has advised that the parcel is at Xiamen Customs and the addressee, Zhen Bing, was notified Oct 19/20. I contacted Gavin Zhou at Pro-Waterproof and he advises that the phone #s for Xiamen Customs I was given by Canada Post and passed on to him are unavailable: 0592-5680290/5611589; 0592-5680185.

I would like this parcel delivered as soon as possible - how can the addressee claim it?
