Waiting for answers for 2 questions. Checked to see if there were answers and found both question were removed without being answers. I think it should be known that this is a terrible operation and should never order from them or any business associated with them. When they don't have an answer they just discard the question. Good luck dealing with this business that has no business sense.

Hi I I like this company I am from USA you got to keep in mind there is a Virus going on and not everyone is able to put there 100% into work also just in case your item does not arrive no big deal open a case and your all set. Relax? Just was informed order was delivered for the second time to wrong address. I live in Summerfield, FL. not Fort Lauderdale, FL. The tracking number is correct, I received it from the seller and have been using it for 3 months. China Post may be a good company in your opinion but they can prove it by me. I doubt I will ever see my order, all I get from them is bad information and wrong delivery places.

When it's in the US, it's delivered by USPS. If they deliver it to the wrong address, you need to contact them to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

Thanks Daisey, I have contacted USPS twice, they got delivery info from the seller for first delivery. This delivery had a completely different tracking number. I have tried numerous times to get answers from seller they will not return an answer. I can't get any help from the seller, perhaps you can get them to get involved. Sellers like them are causing people to put the blame on China Post. I have also got Paypal involved. Thank for your help.

Hi Daisey, I just spoke with rep. from USPS and he sent me a copy of the shipping label of package delivered to Fort Lauderdale, FL and the tracking no. is LW579735883CN. It now confirms that the seller has not given the correct tracking number for my order. As I mentioned I can not get an answer from the seller. The Re: number he gave me is 2020030729670 I hope that this will help in finding where my order is and what the tracking number is. Please help I have nowhere to turn to for answers. Thank You
