My order just has been moving in Beijing since 3 weeks. It went to Beijing International mail exchange station and got returned twice. May I know why is this happening? Please look into this asap.

But a couple of my flatmates have recieved the same order. We ordered the same thing on the same day. Why is only mine getting rejected? And my seller is not responding to mails at all.

Packages sent to India are delayed due to the coronavirus and the clash between the two countries. It didn't pass the check and was returned back for three times. It was delivered to you again now. You need to track it in the following days to see if it's normal. If it's returned back again or you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution.
