It should have left China on July 14 and on the way to Poland now. There will be further update when it arrives in Poland. This usually takes about 20-40 days. If you couldn't get it in time, contact the seller to give you a solution.

Hello, I've sent a gift to a friend who lives in China and the package has been stuck in Beijing for quite a long time and the info I get when I track is the following:

"应地方防疫要求，邮件消毒、静置
Beijing"
How long does it usually take to get out of the customs? Or how would I know if I have to pay some kind of tariff or tax in order for the product to be liberated from the customs? I tried calling my local postal service company and they can't give me any info. I don't speak Chinese, so I'm unable to do anything of the sort and get the details or info I need. I'm afraid there might be some issues with the package and being unable to do anything to solve it. How would I know if there's a problem with my package or if I need to pay for anything?
