It has been 17 days since tracking says that my package was delivered Wichita, KS. I have tried contacting the seller and the email always comes back as undeliverable and they list no phone number on their web site. I have no idea where my package is or who to contact in regards to locating it. Your company was the last to show tracking information. Any suggestions. Please help me locate my package, who was it handed off to when it reached Wichita, KS? Any help would be appreciated since the seller seems to have cut off information.
Just wait for the seller to give you a response. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation and give you an answer.
