Hello,
I have a question in regard to a trucking number AS750042479CN - this format is unavailable for tracking by the local delivery companies. Is there any other available number related so we can trace it in point of destination?
The y require a number with the following format:
First letter R,С, Е or V, followed by second letter from A to Z, then nine numbers , followed by two letters with the country code from where it was sent. For example:RH054250664CN, CP004152151BG, EC610548787UA, VV015975882ES.

You need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Bulgaria. Then, use the number to check with your local post courier about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
