I had two separate orders that never were delivered to me

I was expecting two separate packages to be delivered to Colorado but both packages were delivered to two completely different states. One in Missouri and one in Arkansas, at least that’s what I’m told by the tracking. I never changed the shipping address at any time. How can this be resolved??

Hi Nicole Morehead,

If you couldn't receive them, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation and check what happened to them. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
