Problem encountered during delivery attempt

Hello, amazon tells me that China Post has encountered a problem while attempting to deliver my package. I am told to contact you. My order number is 701-7294568-4539461. Why is there a problem with my delivery?

Sorry, we are only a tracking platform. You need to contact the seller or your local post courier who delivers it to you to help you solve the problem.
