Me aparece en Amazon que se ha hecho un "intento de entrega" el día de ayer 5 de mayo por la mañana, lo cual es mentira por que yo estuve en la oficina todo el día y no llegó nunca ningún repartidor a pedir una firma para entregar el pedido. Es una mentira y una falta de respeto poner ese comentario cuando no es verdad. Terrible servicio. Quiero saber donde está mi paquete.

Si no lo recibes, intenta contactar al vendedor para que lo verifique. Si no responde, podría tratarse de una estafa. Hemos detectado que muchos vendedores utilizan China Post para enviar paquetes sin valor a otra dirección. El envío es real, pero el paquete no contiene los productos que compraste y la dirección de entrega tampoco coincide con la tuya. Debes llamar a tu banco y denunciar el fraude para obtener un reembolso lo antes posible.

No es normal. China Post lo recibió pero no lo ha enviado. Puede perderse en el almacén. Debe reflejar el problema al vendedor y obtener una solución del vendedor a tiempo.
