Tracking info says it was delivered but nothing came! They are liars and scammers. Disgusting wouldn’t even give it a 1 star rating. Will never use again!

Systems states delivered and yet I did not receive anything as yet. No help from anyone either.

There are way too many instances of customers not receiving their packages and for China Post to simply tell the customer to do their own investigation. China Post tracking shows the actual date and time of the supposed delivery but they are unable or unwilling to research WHERE the goods were dropped off OR the contact number for the local warehouse where the goods were last logged in. In my instance there were twenty packages that totalled over 300kg and some of the packages were quite lengthy. None of these were delivered despite the tracking stating that they were. Either China Post are running a scam with false tracking reports OR their employees are pilfering the goods they want without any accountability from China Post. The fact that China Post have not responded in any way that they are investigating our loss indicates that they have no respect for their customers and will take no responsibility for the consequences of any illegality perpetrated under their watch. I have no contract with China Post directly but I am their client through the seller of the goods I purchased. Maybe China Post and the seller are in cahoots because neither are assisting in finding my purchase, probably because they both know that the goods were never procured and the tracking document is an elaborate rouse to buy time.

Its a scam guys.. I have not received my order when the status showed out for delivery.. Some courier guy contacted me saying it's on hold and asked me to pay money after sending APK file? Now I cannot track my order.. I lost my precious order.. how can people scam! Really disappointed
