Although my tracking said my order was delivered, it wasn't. I've asked China post for the tracking number for the delivery service used in the UK, they just send an email saying I need to contact the company I ordered from. They used China post so do not have a tracking number for the UK. Thanks China post for your terrible service. That's my order lost...

After waiting over a month for my order to be delivered, the tracking confirmed it was delivered but it wasn't. China post were not interested in helping. They referred me to the company I ordered from but they don't seem to bother either. I just wanted confirmation from china post which courier they used once my parcel arrived in the UK and a tracking number but no... really terrible at helping.

Got to be be honest I was a little nervous when the supplier stated "China Post" and the tracking number, what in the UK !!!. But both the tracking and delivery were pretty much spot-on. No issues just a simple, straight forward service executed well. Thank you China Post. ;)

Package shows delivered but nothing was delivered. I have search everywhere and nothing was dropped off. Very disappointed. You can't even send an email or contact customer service.

I placed an order 2 months ago, the package has never been delivered, yet it shown as successfully delivered on 8/5/26 at 6:46 am, apart from the fact that i have never seen a courier deliver at 6:46 am, i have never received anything and the cameras i have in operation 24/7 confirm this, the seller sends the mail back, China post appears to be a false address, what should i do since at this point it is surely a scam??
