Wrong parcel address. How to change it?
If the package has been shipped and the address couldn’t be changed, you need to track it often. When you find it arrives in your country, contact your local post service immediately to ask if they could deliver it to your new address. Some of the countries provide this service. But you may need to pay additional fees for the change.
How will be the parcel dealt with once the address is wrong?
If the wrong address exists, it will be delivered to that address. You’d better contact the person there to receive it for you. If the wrong address doesn’t exist, it may be returned back to the seller/sender if the sender’s return address is clear. If there is no clear address to return back, it may be discarded.
What should I do if the delivery was failed or it’s returned back due to the wrong address?
If the delivery was failed just few hours or days ago, try to contact the courier in your country to ask if you could change the address. If not, you can only wait it to be returned back. You can contact the seller to refund you once it’s returned back to the seller. The seller may refund you partially because you provide the wrong shipping address. If the seller doesn’t receive it, you can’t get refund.
I accidentally put the wrong address on my package and it says it was undelivered so my question is who would I contact?

Hello. My order number AM215703346CN in the name of my husband, Bruno Barbosa Nascimento, was delivered and signed for on the 18th, supposedly at the address I indicated.. But the reality is that I neither received nor signed anything.. I would like to know who and to what address they delivered my already paid order.
China post sent package to us then when usps label was made out it had wrong address
LV934255874CN was delivered to the wrong address and I have no idea which one. Royal Mail will not deal with a claim as it was sent from outside the UK and I have to contact the original courier. Please advise.
