Thank you for your response.
I have already contact the receiver Who don’t want to do anything beacause it’s paypal dispute. So he don’t want to help.
Here is the tracking frenc number with colissimo. Perhaps can you find it buy this way ? EW162560396FR

Hi Debru,
It's needs the receiver in China to submit declaration documents. You need to contact the receiver to do that.

But unfortunately as I tell you, receiver don’t want to help.
I have already contact them, but it’s paypal dispute so once they get there money they don’t want to do anything.
I am the one trying to find solution.
What can I do in this case of the receiver who don’t want to do anything ?
It’s not simple beacause I am in France and this is a returned cargo.
Can you help me Daisy ? Perhaps can I send the mail which confirmed the order when I puted it ? That the only thing I have

Sorry, we don't find any tracking information for 046100011776116256039101156. If it's stuck at the customs, you need to ask the receiver's for help. He could provide materials to the customs and let it released.
