Hi, my package has been stuck at Shanghai Airline Reception since 6th September. Can you help?

Hi Poppy,

It was received by airline on September 6. It usually takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives in UK after it was received by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
